This is the largest public health project that has been carried out in recent times in Spain. It has 280,000 m2 that will house 1,465 beds, 35 operating rooms, 160 consultation rooms and 4,350 parking spaces, among other facilities.
It is the first health centre built in Spain to receive the BREEAM® certificate in the Design Phase, the world’s benchmark sustainable construction evaluation standard that recognises facilities that are efficient in the consumption of resources while offering a high degree of comfort.
Sistrol has automated the hospital, providing it with all the most modern and advanced services that have been necessary; air conditioning, electricity, energy, lighting, fire protection, ACS, garage ventilation, pressurization of staircases and special rooms such as REA’s, operating theatres, ICUs, laboratories, H. of infections.
More than 67,382 signals have been installed and integrated for more than 4,000 automation and control sequences, with 5,826 graphics. All this and among other chapters, make up the BMS of Sistrol.
